3-सप्ताह के लॉकडाउन को देश भर में कोविद -19 संक्रमण की श्रृंखला को तोड़ने और 'वक्र को समतल' करने के लिए पेश किया गया था। यदि आगे नहीं बढ़ाया गया तो 14 अप्रैल को तालाबंदी समाप्त हो जाएगी।
पिछले तीन हफ्तों में, सरकार ने यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कई उपाय किए हैं कि लॉकडाउन की स्थिति बनी रहे और सभी नागरिकों द्वारा इसका पालन किया जाए। यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कई कदम उठाए गए हैं कि समाज के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के लोग लॉकडाउन के खतरे को महसूस न करें।
तालाबंदी के 20 वें दिन, यहाँ कोरोनोवायरस संकट के बीच सरकार द्वारा उठाए गए 20 कदमों पर एक नज़र डाल रहे हैं:
1. सरकार ने हाल ही में नागरिकों को कोरोनावायरस के बारे में शिक्षित करने और संकट के बीच सूचित निर्णय लेने में मदद करने के लिए आरोग्य सेतु मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन की शुरुआत की।
2. रविवार को, एक तेल मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि 5 किलो खाना पकाने वाले गैस सिलेंडर का उपयोग करने वाले गरीब परिवारों को कोविद -19 के प्रकोप के कारण होने वाले व्यवधानों से राहत के रूप में तीन महीने में आठ मुफ्त रिफिल मिलेंगे। 14.2 किलो के सिलेंडर का उपयोग करने वाले लाभार्थियों के लिए मुफ्त रिफिल की संख्या तीन तक सीमित होगी।
समाचार एजेंसी पीटीआई की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, सरकार ने कहा कि उसकी भारत भर में sha सुरक्षा स्टोर्स ’नामक 20 लाख खुदरा दुकानों की एक श्रृंखला स्थापित करने की योजना है, जो नागरिकों को दैनिक आवश्यक सुविधाएं प्रदान करेगी।
4. केंद्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल ने रविवार को ज्ञान, प्रौद्योगिकी और नवाचार (YUKTI) के साथ कोविद -19 का मुकाबला करने के लिए मंत्रालय द्वारा पहल की निगरानी और रिकॉर्ड करने के लिए एक वेब पोर्टल लॉन्च किया।
5. अपनी उज्जवला योजना के तहत, सरकार अगले तीन महीनों के लिए 8.3 करोड़ से अधिक गरीब महिलाओं को मुफ्त एलपीजी रिफिल प्रदान कर रही है।
6. इस हफ्ते की शुरुआत में, वित्त मंत्रालय ने घोषणा की कि वह व्यक्तियों और व्यवसायों को कर रिफंड में 18,000 करोड़ रुपये की तत्काल रिलीज करेगा।
7. सरकार ने स्व-सहायता समूहों में महिलाओं के लिए संपार्श्विक-मुक्त ऋण राशि को 20 लाख रुपये से दोगुना करने का निर्णय लिया।
8. PM-KISAN योजना के तहत, वित्त मंत्रालय ने कहा कि तालाबंदी के बीच 6 करोड़ से अधिक किसान लाभान्वित हुए हैं। 13,855 करोड़ रुपये पीएम-किसान की पहली किस्त के भुगतान की ओर बढ़ गए हैं।
9. मनरेगा के तहत मजदूरी 182 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 202 रुपये की जानी चाहिए। यह कदम श्रमिकों के अलावा 2,000 रुपये में आएगा।
10. पिछले महीने, वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कोविद -19 प्रकोप के मद्देनजर 1.70 लाख करोड़ रुपये के राहत पैकेज की घोषणा की।
11. एक विशेष प्रावधान के तहत, सरकार ने घोषणा की थी कि अब लोग कोरोनोवायरस संकट के बीच कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि (EPF) खाते से तीन महीने का वेतन निकाल सकते हैं। ईपीएफ निकासी को सेवा प्रभार से छूट दी गई है।
12. राष्ट्रीय सामाजिक सहायता कार्यक्रम के तहत, लगभग 2.82 करोड़ वृद्धों, विधवाओं और विकलांग लोगों को 1,400 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान किया गया है।
13। वित्तीय वर्ष 2018-19 के लिए आयकर रिटर्न भरने की अंतिम तिथि 30 जून, 2020 तक बढ़ा दी गई है। विलंबित आयकर भुगतान पर ब्याज दर 12% से घटाकर 9% कर दी गई है।
14. 2 करोड़ से अधिक निर्माण श्रमिकों को भवन और निर्माण श्रमिक कोष के तहत 3,066 करोड़ रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता मिली।
15. मार्च, अप्रैल, मई के लिए जीएसटी रिटर्न दाखिल करने की समय सीमा 30 जून, 2020 तक के लिए बढ़ा दी गई है। 5 करोड़ रुपये तक के टर्नओवर वाली कंपनियों के लिए विलंबित रिटर्न के लिए विलंब शुल्क पर कोई ब्याज या जुर्माना नहीं होगा।
16. जन धन खाता धारकों में से लगभग 20 करोड़ महिलाओं ने अपने खाते में 500 रुपये प्राप्त किए। वित्त मंत्रालय ने कहा कि सिर के नीचे कुल संवितरण 9,930 करोड़ था।
17. आधार को पैन कार्ड से जोड़ने की समय सीमा भी 31 मार्च से बढ़ाकर 30 जून, 2020 कर दी गई है।
18. सरकार ने समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों को सहायता के लिए लगभग 30,000 करोड़ रुपये भी जारी किए हैं।
19. सरकार ने कहा कि वह कोविद -19 संकट के बीच प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण योजना के तहत अप्रैल-जून तिमाही के दौरान 12 मिलियन मीट्रिक टन खाद्यान्न जारी करेगी।
20. सरकार कोरोनोवायरस महामारी से लड़ने वाले स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को प्रति व्यक्ति 50 लाख रुपये का चिकित्सा बीमा कवर भी प्रदान कर रही है।
