Jaipur, Feb 9 (IANS) A 20-year-old Japanese woman has filed a complaint in Dudu police station, over 60 km from here, accusing a man of raping her, police said.
"The incident occurred Sunday night. This woman was visiting tourist places in Jaipur when a person on a motorbike approached her and posing as a tourist guide offered to show her around. This guy took her to several tourist spots in the city and later to a secluded place where, according to her, he raped her," D.C. Jain, Inspector General of Police, Jaipur range told IANS Monday.
She later reached the police station in Dudu and lodged a complaint. "We have registered a case of rape against unidentified person and started investigation," Jain said.
As the woman does not remember the name of the accused, police are getting his sketch prepared.
