During the peasant movement, there was a ruckus on the Singhu border on Friday. Around 1 in the afternoon, people who came from Narela reached the protest site and started shouting slogans demanding the farmers to clear the border. They said that due to the farmer movement, people's businesses are coming to a standstill. At around 1.45 am, these people reached the farmers' tents and broke the items they needed. After this, there was a clash between the farmers and the people shouting slogans. Stones also occurred on both sides.

 

The police tried to intervene, but seeing the situation deteriorating, had to be lathi-charged and released tear gas shells. 5 policemen were injured in the clash. The SHO of Alipur police station was also injured in the sword attack.

Farmer leader's charge - Government sending the people of RSS to spoil the atmosphere

Before the clash on Friday afternoon, Satnam Singh Pannu, leader of the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Samiti, accused the central government of disturbing the atmosphere. Deployment of security forces has been increased along the Singhu border. Picket barricades have been erected by blocking the strike from all sides. On the other hand, heavy force is also deployed on the Tikari border. Because both these borders are important points of the peasant movement.

 

Kisan Mahapanchayat in Muzaffarnagar

Police were in action for the last 2 days following the violence in the tractor parade. Due to this, on Thursday it was felt that the peasant movement on the Ghazipur border might end. However, the agitation seems to have intensified after the emotional stakes of Rakesh Tikait, spokesperson of the Bharatiya Kisan Union, late at night. In this connection, farmers called a maha panchayat in Muzaffarnagar on Friday.

 

There was a stir at the Ghazipur border

Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) leader Jayant Chaudhary, who announced his support for the peasant movement, reached the Ghazipur border on Friday. He said that 'there may be pressure on the administration to remove the farmers, but the farmers do not want to withdraw. The issue of farmers should arise in Parliament.

 

At the same time, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia also reached the Ghazipur border and took stock of the arrangements made for the farmers. On the other hand, Satyendra Jain, the second minister of the Delhi government, and Raghav Chadha, MLA of MLA AAP, visited the Singhu border and saw the arrangements.

 

Farmers reaching Ghazipur from UP and Haryana

After the deployment of heavy police force on the Ghazipur border till 4 pm on Thursday, the atmosphere had become such that the farmers would be sent home. But, the police had to return at midnight. Because the farmers started preparing to intensify the movement. Thousands of farmers from UP and Haryana had left for the Ghazipur border in the night and from this morning, the process of reaching Ghazipur continues.

 

Tikait was ready to end the sit-in, stubbornly threatened by the MLA

Rakesh Tikait on the Ghazipur border agreed to withdraw from the protest site during a meeting with officers at 6 pm on Thursday. But, after some time, the case took a U-turn with the entry of BJP MLA Nand Kishore. Nand Kishore along with his supporters reached the picket. He asked the police to remove the agitators by Sunday, otherwise we will remove them.

 

After this, Tikait erupted. He said that the 'BJP MLA has come to kill the farmers with the police force. So now we are not going anywhere. ”Rakesh Tikait's elder brother Naresh Tikait also said that now all three black laws will be settled and returned.

The UP police sealed the dharna at 4 pm on the Ghazipur border on Thursday evening. In the presence of heavy police, the farmers were served a notice to withdraw. Officers said that the strike will be removed. The effect of this was that the statements of sticks and bullets played into the controversies in the emotional bets. He cried and said, 'There is a conspiracy to kill me. I will commit suicide The farmers of the country will not let it go to waste.
