Fire In Hotel Lucknow: Fire breaks out in Lucknow's Levana Hotel, two dead; Ten people critical after being caught in the fire

Fire in Hotel Levana: A fire broke out in Hotel Levana on Monday in Hazratganj, the heart of Uttar Pradesh's capital Lucknow. Many people have suffered burns due to the raging fire, and have been sent to the civil hospital. Several vehicles of the fire brigade are engaged to control the fire. CM Yogi Adityanath has also taken cognizance of this incident.

 

Due to the massive fire in Hotel Levana, there has been an atmosphere of chaos. The relief work is also hampered by the flames rising very high after the fire. Many people have been scorched due to the fire that broke out in the hotel. They have been sent to the Civil Hospital, while still many people are feared trapped in the fire. Their many teams of fire brigade are engaged in relief and rescue work.

 

There was chaos after the fire broke out in the hotel suite. The police pulled out the people trapped inside with the help of a ladder. In which many people got burnt. Those injured in the fire have been admitted to the civil hospital. Chandresh Kumar of the fire brigade also got injured while trying to save people from the fire.

 

Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookerjee (Civil) was admitted to the hospital, Mona Neb, who came from Delhi, told that when we woke up in the morning, the room was full of smoke, somehow the fire brigade team pulled out of the hotel from the stairs. People trapped in the hotel are being pulled out with the help of ladders. There the emergency gate did not open on the spot, due to which relief work is facing a lot of problems. It is not yet known what caused the fire. There is also a residential area around the hotel. There can be a big danger due to the spread of fire here.

 

The fire could not be brought under control till the time of writing the news. Police personnel along with the fire brigade are present on the spot. There, with the help of the police, work is being done to rescue the trapped people inside.

 

CM Yogi Adityanath took cognizance

 

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of the fire at Hotel Levana in Lucknow. He has directed the officials to provide proper treatment to those injured in the accident. The Chief Minister has directed the officers of the district administration to provide proper treatment to the injured. Along with this, the District Magistrate and senior police officers have been directed to reach the spot immediately and expedite the relief work.
