How the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) city president Praveen Nettaru (32) was murdered in Mangaluru's Bellare on July 26, again proved that the perpetrators of such incidents are following the same pattern. This massacre in Mangaluru is similar to the murder case in Udaipur and Amaravati. In all three cases, the accused and the victim may be different, but the manner, date, and reason for the murder are almost the same.
In the investigation of Dainik Bhaskar, not one or two but 12 similarities were found in all three incidents. Within a month, these killings have strengthened a new pattern of crime in the country somewhere. Surprisingly, even after the arrest of the accused in the previous incidents, the mastermind of this pattern is not firmly known.
Let us tell you which 12 similarities have been found in the murders in Udaipur, Amaravati, and Mangaluru.
'This is not hate speech, it is a hate religious crime'
Regarding these killings taking place on a similar pattern, former DGP of Uttar Pradesh Vikram Singh said that it is a hate religious crime. He said, “The accused involved in all the three murders were of fanatical religious ideology. They were incited and trained for murder based on religious fervor. The modus operandi is slowly becoming an organized crime and its investigation should follow a different pattern.
Vikram Singh further said, 'Investigating agencies should work by making a roadmap on these points drawn by you. They should see in their investigation where they were trained to fill fanaticism and how the funding was done for this.
Check agencies on Tuesday pattern
Vikram Singh further said, 'All the accused knew that if caught, they could also be hanged. In such a situation, how his mind was done, should also be investigated. The investigating agencies should conduct a special inquiry on Tuesday itself about the occurrence of these murders. It can't just be a coincidence. We have seen religious fanaticism, communal riots, and instigating bomb blasts. The act of radicalizing someone's throat has been witnessed for the first time in the country.
New pattern showing in some countries of the world
“We saw this pattern in Afghanistan before India. Apart from this, the head of a Marine officer in England was also beheaded on the same pattern. In London also a stabbing took place on the same pattern. Extremely radical people have been advocating this kind of punishment. It is explained to these fanatical-minded people that the throats of those who blaspheme should be slit.
The tailor's throat was cut like this in Udaipur
On the evening of June 28 (Tuesday) in Udaipur, Rajasthan, two men killed a tailor Kanhaiyalal by slitting his throat in a Taliban way. Kanhaiya had put a post on social media in support of Nupur Sharma 10 days ago. The 2 attackers entered the shop in broad daylight and severed Kanhaiya's head from his torso after several blows with a sharp weapon.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is now investigating the matter. The accused had also made a complete video of the murder and posted it on social media and claimed responsibility for the murder. In the video, he even threatened PM Narendra Modi.
Amravati chemist Umesh was killed in the middle of the road
On June 21, drug dealer Umesh Kolhe was murdered in Amravati, Maharashtra, some distance from his shop. At around 10 o'clock in the night, three accused sitting in an ambush stopped them on the middle road and then stabbed them to death with a knife. Umesh also wrote a post on social media in support of former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma. NIA is also investigating this matter and so far 7 people have been arrested.
BJP leader Praveen killed near the shop
Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) city president Praveen Nettaru (32) was hacked to death with a sharp weapon outside his poultry shop in Mangaluru's Ballare in July 26. They closed the shop and went only 50 steps forward when three people on a bike reached there and attacked Praveen.
According to the police, the attackers had also used an ax for the murder. Praveen had posted on social media on June 29 protesting the murder of Taylor Kanhaiya Lal. In this, he also shared a sketch. So far 2 people have been arrested from Karnataka and Kerala in connection with Praveen's murder.
This terrorist incident in the eyes of NIA
The NIA has registered a case under sections 16, 18, and 20 of UAPA 1967 in the case of Amravati and Udaipur. Along with this, a case has been registered against the accused under sections 452, 302, 153 (A), 153 (B), 295 (A), and 34 of the IPC.
At the same time, the recommendation of handing over the Praveen Nettaru murder case to the NIA has been made by the state government. It is believed that soon the Central Investigation Agency can register a case in this matter. The NIA is taking the investigation forward considering it a terrorist incident.
