Aftab's narco test possible on December 5: Polygraph test continues amid tight security, BSF deployed outside FSL

Shraddha murder case accused Aftab was again brought to Rohini FSL for a polygraph test on Tuesday. BSF has been deployed outside the lab following the attack on it here on Monday. Two accused of the attack have been sent to jail in judicial custody for 14 days.

 

The jail authorities have also prepared a roadmap to take Aftab to FSL. Aftab's security has also been increased in Tihar.

 

Aftab's polygraph test started at 11 am. He was questioned for about 8 hours on Monday. After its completion, the narco test is likely to be conducted on December 5.

 

Delhi Police has recorded the statement of Jimesh Nambiar, who got Shraddha a job.

 

Here, Shraddha's family met the DCP at Hauz Khas. According to reports, Shraddha's father has recorded his statement.

 

Aftab's narco test may be done on December 5

 

According to the news agency ANI, Aftab may be born on December 5. However, Navneet Goyal, director of Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital, told PTI that they have not yet received any request for a narco test from FSL. The medical fitness procedure was done. We are expecting the request from FSL by next Monday.

 

Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital is the only hospital in North India where a Narco test facility is available. Here only one person can be tested every Monday.

 

Attack on Aftab, the attackers said – have come to cut into 70 pieces

On Monday, 4-5 people tried to attack the police van carrying Aftab Amin Poonawalla outside the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) in Rohini. They had swords in their hands. The police took out revolvers to control the attackers. However, did not fire. Two attackers have been detained.

 

One of the attackers said that 15 people had come from Gurugram and were sitting in ambush outside FSL since 11 am. These people had brought many swords and hammers in the car. He said that we had come to cut that Aftab, who cut our sister and daughter into 35 pieces, into 70 pieces.

 

Aftab's medical checkup was done upon reaching the jail

News agency ANI quoted sources as saying that the Third Battalion is responsible for transporting the prisoners to and from the jail. Police found the weapon used in Shraddha's murder

Earlier, 17 days after this massacre, the Delhi Police got a big success. Police recovered the weapon used in Shraddha's murder on Monday. News agency ANI quoted Delhi Police sources as saying – Shraddha's ring, which Aftab had gifted to another girl after the murder, has also been recovered.

 

This girl also came to Aftab's flat after the murder. During that time pieces of Shraddha's body were present in the fridge in the flat itself. Police said that Aftab had contacted the other girlfriend through the dating app.

1. Told the story of breakup to friends: It is being claimed in media reports that after killing Shraddha, Aftab met her friends in Mumbai and told them the story of break up.

 

2. Another person supported in the murder: Aftab was supported by a person in killing Shraddha. Delhi Police suspect that this person also helped Aftab in destroying the evidence. At present, the police are collecting information about it. However, it is not known on what basis he made this theory.

 

3. Drug peddler gave drugs to Aftab: Gujarat Police have arrested a drug peddler Faizal Momin. He has claimed that he used to supply drugs to Aftab. Whether Aftab used drugs or not. This will also be included in the investigation.

1. Guard will be stationed outside the jail for 24 hours

Aftab is currently imprisoned in Tihar. Media reports quoting jail sources claimed that Aftab would remain alone in cell number 4 of the jail. Sources said that there will be only one prisoner in the separate cell and he will not be removed from this cell soon. Food will be given to Aftab only in the presence of the police. A guard will be stationed outside his cell for 24 hours. There are 8 CCTV cameras installed here. With these cameras, the accused will be monitored for 24 hours.

 

2. Aftab rehearsed the polygraph test in advance

According to Hindustan Times, Aftab had already rehearsed the polygraph test. An officer said that it seemed as if Aftab knew in advance what kind of questions would be asked. He is answering some questions very bluntly, but keeps silent on the questions related to the murder or starts lying.

 

3. Court asked about the third degree, and Aftab said - I am fine

Aftab was taken to Ambedkar Hospital. It was from here that he appeared in court through video conferencing. When the court asked him about the third degree of police, Aftab said I am fine. He said that Delhi Police is behaving well. I am also cooperating in the investigation.

 

According to media reports, Aftab told the court that Shraddha always used to provoke him. Whatever happened that day also happened in anger.

 

4. The bones found in the forest belonged to Shraddha.

According to media reports, it has been found in the forensic investigation that the bones found from the forest belong to Shraddha. His DNA has matched with Shraddha's father. Now the police are waiting for the reports. Special CP (Law and Order) Sagar Preet Hooda said that the DNA test report (of the victim's parts) has not been received yet.

 

5. Aftab's family was also involved in the murder

Shraddha's father Vikas Walker has demanded a CBI inquiry. During an interview with a news channel, he said – Aftab is still misleading the police and there should be a CBI inquiry into the matter.

 

Along with this, he said that Aftab's family is also involved in this. Aftab's parents were aware of his antics. They knew that Aftab used to fight with Shraddha. They should have informed me about this, but nothing happened. He claimed that Aftab's family was also involved in the murder.

 

Shraddha was murdered on May 18

According to the Delhi Police, 28-year-old Aftab murdered 27-year-old Shraddha on May 18. Both lived in live-in. Aftab had cut Shraddha's body into 35 pieces. Bought a 300-liter fridge to keep them in. He used to go to the forest every night at 2 am for 18 days to throw the pieces of the dead body.
