On Monday morning, the team of the municipality reached the hospital intersection with a bulldozer. First of all, illegal constructions made in the areas were demolished. After this, the team headed towards Agenti Tiraha. There, people had made slabs in front of their shops in large numbers, due to which the road had become narrow. There was a problem of jams here all the time. The bulldozer started breaking all the slabs that were under encroachment at Agenti Tiraha. Seeing this, other people took hammers from their shops and houses and started breaking their stairs themselves.

Although one or two people also opposed it, due to the heavy police force, they also calmed down. In the afternoon, the slabs and stairs built on the roadside and drains between Mian Sarai and Hatim Sarai were demolished.
At the same time, some shopkeepers tried to ask for time from the team of the municipality, but the officials clearly said that now no concession would be given. Said that announcements have been made in the city for the last one month. Even after the warning, the encroachment was not removed. During the operation, heavy police and PAC forces were deployed for security.
