Seeing this, other people took hammers from their shops and houses and started breaking their stairs themselves.

At the same time, some shopkeepers tried to ask for time from the team of the municipality, but the officials clearly said that now no concession would be given. Said that announcements have been made in the city for the last one month. Even after the warning, the encroachment was not removed. During the operation, heavy police and PAC forces were deployed for security.
