The Supreme Court is hearing on Thursday regarding air pollution in the capital of Delhi. The court has reprimanded the Delhi government for opening the school. Along with this, the court also questioned the government regarding CNG buses. In the earlier hearing, the top court had asked to constitute a task force for compliance with the rules. The court is hearing a petition filed by Aditya Dubey, a 17-year-old student from Delhi, regarding rising air pollution in Delhi.

Chief Justice NV Ramanna told advocate AM Singhvi, appearing for the Delhi government, that we are looking at it aggressively and you told us that the schools are closed, but it is not so. Children in the age group of 3 to 4 years are being sent to school. The CJI said that in today's newspaper, children are going to school. He said if you want to order, we can appoint someone. Justice Ramanna said that the elders have to work from home and the children have to go to school. Justice Surya Kant also said that nothing is being followed.

During the hearing, Justice Surya Kant also reprimanded the government for the performance of the youth. In fact, on behalf of the Delhi government, some youths stood on the side of the road and gave a message to 'turn off the car's engine' at the red light. Arvind Kejriwal's photo was also on these posters.
