Pilgrims coming on Chardham Yatra without registration will be turned backChief Secretary Radha Raturi has issued an advisory to the Chief Secretaries of all the states in this regard. Due to the huge crowd gathered for the Chardham Yatra, the government is facing difficulties in making arrangements. Till now the registration figure for Chardham Yatra has crossed 31 lakh.

Given the huge crowd at Charon Dham, the government has started strict compliance with registration. In this context, on Wednesday, Chief Secretary Radha Raturi sent an advisory to the Chief Secretaries of all the states. In this, he has clarified that if pilgrims from any state come without registration then they will be stopped after checking. Such pilgrims will be returned.
