Hyderabad, April 17 (IANS) An industrialist in Andhra Pradesh has filed nominations for Narsapur Lok Sabha constituency as the candidate of both BJP and TDP, which have entered into electoral alliance.

Raghurama Krishnamraju filed two separate set of nominations each as the candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), to which he belongs, and also of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), whose president N. Chandrababu Naidu is considered close to him.

The BJP-TDP alliance in Seemandhra has run into trouble with the TDP fielding its candidates from some constituencies allotted to the BJP. The TDP chief Thursday night said the BJP fielded weak candidates, which would help their rivals.

Naidu is reportedly unhappy with the BJP for not giving ticket to Krishnamraju and instead fielding Gokaraju Gangaraju from Narsapuram.

Gangaraju filed nomination as the official candidates of the BJP Thursday.

Krishnamraju, who owns several companies, had quit YSR Congress party and joined the BJP in February this year. With the BJP denying him the ticket, he may now join the TDP and contest from Narsapur.
