There is a Bhoomi Poojan on August 5 for the construction of the temple of Ramlila, enshrined in Ayodhya, but before that the alert of terror attack in UP has given sleep to the administration. The intelligence of the UP government has received input from the Ministry of Home Affairs, which is seeking to carry out the Pak terror attack on August 5. Intelligence alert states that Pakistan terrorists trained in Afghanistan may target the VIP movement in India. Because Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also going to participate in the Bhoomi Poojan program of construction of Ram temple on August 5, the security system has been increased.
August 5 is a very important day. One, on this day i.e. on August 5, Article 370 was removed from Kashmir, which is its first anniversary and second that Bhoomi Poojan is to be done for the construction of Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya this year on August 5 and on this day PM Modi is also coming to Ayodhya. Therefore it is feared that terrorists may plan an attack. Because of the first anniversary of the removal of article 370 and the Bhoomi Pujan in Ayodhya, a high alert has been issued in the Meerut zone of Uttar Pradesh.
If sources are to be believed, intelligence agencies have received inputs for the suicide attack on the occasion of August 5, after which a high alert has been issued in Ayodhya and surrounding areas. Not only this, the holidays of all policemen have been canceled till 5 August in UP. A large number of police personnel are being deployed to strengthen security in the field.
It is being told that the Pakistani ISI has ordered the top terrorists of Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed to attack. It is believed that infiltration will also be attempted. However, according to the official sources of UP, during the Bhoomi Pujan, the security system will be at its peak and the same system will remain till August 15.
If sources are to be believed, the security siege, like the security arrangements that were in place at the time of removing Article 370 from Kashmir last year and the Supreme Court's decision on the Ram temple in Ayodhya, will also be seen on this five August. Defense institutions such as the Air Force and Army in Meerut Zone have also been put on alert. Bakrid on 1 August, Raksha Bandhan on 3 August and Bhoomi Pujan on 5 August and article 370 are to be removed. So keeping all these things in mind, the government is very serious about the security system.
Special vigil on four defense institutes of Meerut zone
Air Force Station Sarsawa and Hindon in Defense Institutions in Meerut Zone, Air Force Station at Narora Bulandshahar, Gandhinagar in Baghpat are the center of the Air Force. The Army Cantt Area is important in Meerut from a strategic point of view. The security arrangements will remain tight from August 1 to August 5 in all these places. Meaning, the security of these institutions is stronger than before, but external security will be in the hands of the local police.
Rajiv Sabharwal, ADG Meerut Zone, says that because of upcoming festivals, all SPs have been instructed to increase security. The police are already alert. It has been asked to increase checking at railway-bus stations, public and major places.
