BCCI sold these rights to Star India for Rs 16,347.50 crore from 2018 to 2022. Star India's parent company is Walt Disney. It is an American company.

 

According to media reports, Amazon and Reliance will compete with Sony Group and Walt Disney over the exclusive TV and digital broadcast rights of 5 years of IPL.
