The cabinet had decided to set up a port at Vadavan. But Maharashtra was not named in the budget yesterday. Does this mean that Maharashtra feels neglected?
The Finance Minister further said that if a particular state is named in the speech, does it mean that Government of India programs do not go to these states? This is a deliberate attempt by the Opposition led by Congress to give the impression to the people that nothing has been given to our states. This is an outrageous allegation."
