In this demand, the Federation had said that the government should reconsider the current fellowship increase and increase it by a minimum of 40% keeping in mind the rising cost of living. Also, it should be kept in mind that the fellowship should be distributed on time and regularly so that the researchers can focus on their research without worrying about finances.
