On the Russia-Ukraine war, PM Modi said- I have repeatedly said that we have to find a way to return to the path of ceasefire and diplomacy in Ukraine. In the last century, World War II wreaked havoc in the world. After that, the leaders of that time made serious efforts to adopt the path of peace. Now it's our turn.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in the Food Energy Security session on the sidelines of the G-20 Summit. During this, he said that the supply chain of the world has been affected due to Corona and Ukraine wars. Due to this destruction has spread in the world. He said that institutions like the UN have failed on these issues. That's why we all have to work together to find a way to stop the war in Ukraine.
India will take over the presidency of the G-20 on December 1.
PM Narendra Modi has also reached Bali to participate in it where he informally met French President Emmanuel Macron and other leaders including US President Joe Biden before the start of the conference. Indonesia is currently the current chair of the G-20 group. At the same time, India will formally take over the presidency of the G-20 from December 1. In such a situation, the presence of PM Modi at this conference becomes more important.
