A person injured in a horrific car accident in Vadodara has now said that the accused was driving the car at high speed for fun and then he hit several vehicles, in which a woman died.

The injured person has been identified as Vikas Kevlani. He said that he had gone out with two people from his society. Let us tell you, that Vikas Kevlani and three other people were injured in this accident, and are undergoing treatment in the hospital. At the same time, a woman named Hemali Patel died in this accident.

 

Vikas Kevlani said, "Two other people from my society, including Hemali Patel and her husband, and I had gone out on our bike. Then suddenly, a speeding car hit our vehicle hard. When I fell, I woke up, and I saw that the car had hit another vehicle as well."

 

The injured Vikas has claimed that the accused Rakshit Chaurasia was driving at high speed for fun. He also alleged that the accused seemed to be drunk.

The injured man said, "Such things cannot be controlled by just fines. Fines are not the solution. They will realize their mistakes only when strict action is taken against them. The accused seemed to be drunk and was driving at high speed for fun."

 

What happened in the Vadodara car accident?

 

On Friday morning, 23-year-old Rakshit Chaurasia allegedly hit several vehicles in Vadodara, Gujarat. A woman was killed and four others were injured in the incident. Rakshit, who was allegedly in an inebriated state at the time of the accident, has denied being drunk.

 

He told the police that he was driving the car at a speed of 50 kmph. He lost control due to potholes on the road and the accident occurred. However, eyewitnesses who caught the accused, Rakshith, said that he appeared to be drunk and after the accident, he got out of the car and shouted "one more round"-"one more round".
