This means that now no executive action can be taken without the approval of the Lieutenant Governor (LG).

According to this notification, in the context of the legislation passed in the Delhi Legislative Assembly, the Government will mean the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. With this, the Delhi government will have to seek the advice of the Lieutenant Governor before taking any executive step.
Explain that after passing this bill in the Lok Sabha on March 22, it was passed in the Rajya Sabha on March 24 and the bill was also passed by the Rajya Sabha. The Bill also proposes to ensure that the Lieutenant Governor must be allowed to exercise the power entrusted under clause 4 of Article 239A of the Constitution to the selected category in cases.
