During the hearing on Monday, Special Judge Geetanjali Goel issued notice to Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, and nine others on a plea challenging the August 11 acquittal of politicians.

 

The court has also said that apart from Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, MLAs Rajesh Rishi, Nitin Tyagi, Praveen Kumar, Ajay Dutt, Sanjeev Jha, Rituraj Govind, Rajesh Gupta, Madanlal and Dinesh Mohania have filed their replies by November 23.
