China is angered by the Battle of Galwan teaser.

Salman Khan is soon going to be seen in the film Battle of Galwan. He recently released the film's teaser on his birthday. When the teaser was released, it caught the attention of neighboring China. As soon as China saw Salman Khan's film, they were furious.

China claims that the film is trying to present a one-sided story. We will tell you which story they are referring to later, but first, let's explain why China is so upset after seeing the Battle of Galwan teaser.

China is troubled by the story of Salman's film.

The Chinese newspaper Global Times has said a lot, which clearly shows that the film's story is not sitting well with China. According to the Global Times, Chinese experts have said that "No film or exaggerated portrayal can change history, nor can it shake the Chinese army's (PLA) resolve to defend its territory."  From this, you can clearly understand how much China is fuming.

What is the story of the Battle of Galwan?

The film Battle of Galwan depicts the clash between India and China in the Galwan Valley in 2020. On June 15, 2020, soldiers from both countries came face-to-face on the Line of Actual Control (LAC), and tensions escalated. The significant aspect was that the two countries had previously agreed not to use weapons against each other.

Consequently, the battle was fought with stones and sticks. In this clash, Indian soldiers bravely repelled and confronted the Chinese troops. Even without conventional warfare, the situation resembled a battle, and it has gone down in history as one of the major conflicts.

Regarding the film "Battle of Galwan," Salman Khan will be seen playing the role of Colonel Bikumalla Santosh Babu. The film's teaser has already received a great response from the audience. The film is being directed by Apoorva Lakhia and is scheduled for release on April 17, 2026.
