British band Coldplay is doing the 'Music of the Spheres' tour in India. Recently they performed in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. It is worth noting that the Coldplay concert has been discussed for the last several months. Videos of concerts held in Mumbai and Ahmedabad are going viral on social media. PM Modi, while addressing the Utkarsh Odisha- Make in Odisha Conclave 2025 in Bhubaneswar, said that in the last few days, you must have seen the wonderful pictures of the Coldplay concerts held in Mumbai and Ahmedabad, this is proof of how much scope there is in India for live concerts. Today the concert economy sector is also growing in India. This country is a huge consumer of concerts.

 

He said I hope that the state government and the private sector will focus on infrastructure to promote the concert economy sector. Nowadays big artists from all over the world want to come to India.

 

The Prime Minister further said, "This is a country that has a great heritage of music, dance, and storytelling. There is a lot of potential for a concert economy here. The trend of live events and concerts has increased in the last 10 years.

 

Coldplay created a stir with the song 'Yellow'

Coldplay is a British alternative rock band formed by singer Chris Martin and guitarist Johnny Buckland in 1996. There are basically four artists in this band. The names of these four are Chris Martin, Guy Berryman, Johnny Buckland, and Will Champion. The song 'Yellow' composed by the band in 2000 created a stir all over the world.
