Congress Party has released its manifesto for the Lok Sabha elections 2024. The party has named it Nyaya Patra. Many big election promises have been made in the Congress manifesto. The biggest promise that Congress has made in its manifesto (Congress Manifesto 2024) is to increase the reservation quota by abolishing the reservation limit.
The party has made two big promises for women. Firstly, 50 percent reservation for women in government jobs and an annual assistance of Rs 1 lakh to poor girls has been promised.
Making a big promise for the youth, the manifesto says that the government will provide them with their first job after graduation. At the same time, a promise has been made to provide 30 lakh government jobs to the youth.
The party has promised 10 justices. This includes equity justice, youth justice, women's justice, farmer's justice, labor justice, constitutional justice, economic justice, state justice, defense justice, and environmental justice.
In the letter, a promise has been made to make the minimum wage Rs 400.
Congress has promised to make a law on MSP for farmers.
Congress has also given a big guarantee regarding health. The party has talked about providing health insurance of Rs 25 lakh to all the people.
Promise to fill reserved posts for SC, ST, and OBC in one year.
A large network of residential schools will be set up for the poor, especially SC and ST students, and will extend to every block.
The party has again reiterated its promise of conducting a caste census in this manifesto.
