Corona Break the records: 3.15 lakh cases a day in India, 3.07 lakh patients were found in the United States on January 8

There is a lot of sad and worrying news. In the case of new patients, India has overtaken the US as well. For the first time in the country, a record 3 lakh 15 thousand 552 people were found infected in a single day. So far, this figure is the highest number of patients found within a day in any one country. Earlier, on January 8, 3,7,000 people were found positive in the United States.

 

Highest ever deaths in a day

Even in the case of death, there are intimidating figures for the last two days. A record 2,101 people died on Wednesday. This figure of deaths is the highest ever. Earlier on Tuesday, 2,021 deaths were recorded. After Brazil, India is the only country in the world where so many deaths are taking place in a day. In all other countries, less than one thousand people are losing their lives. There are one to two thousand deaths in Brazil.

 

Record increased to 1.33 lakh active cases in 24 hours

On Wednesday, a record number of active cases also increased in the country. There were 1.33 lakh active cases in a day. Earlier, the maximum increase was 1.29 lakh cases on April 18 and 1.25 lakh active cases on Tuesday. Now 22.84 lakh patients in the whole country are undergoing treatment. These are called active cases. However, 1.79 lakh people also recovered. This is also the largest figure in a day so far.

67,468 in Maharashtra, 33,106 in Uttar Pradesh, 24,638 in Delhi, 23,558 in Karnataka, 22,414 in Kerala, 14,622 in Rajasthan, 14,519 in Chhattisgarh, 13,107 in Madhya Pradesh, 12,553 in Gujarat, 12,222 in Bihar, 11,681 in Tamil Nadu, 10,784 in West Bengal. People were found to be corona infected.

 

Corona updates

 

Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has become Corona positive. He shared this information on social media on Wednesday. Pokhriyal had a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, officials of the Ministry of Education, and CBSE at the Prime Minister's Office 6 days ago on April 14 itself.

 

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has become Corona positive. He told on social media that after waiting for an investigation and a day and a half, my report has come. My sister and 85-year-old mother are also infected.

 

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and Kerala CM P Vijayan made a big announcement on vaccination on Wednesday. He said that from May 1, people above the age of 18 years will also be vaccinated for free. The state government will bear the cost of this.

 

Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang has also announced free vaccination to people between 18 and 45 years of age in the state.

 

The Serum Institute on Wednesday fixed the new rates of the CoveShield vaccine. The serum said that the Covyshield vaccine will be given to private hospitals for Rs 600. Senior TMC leader and former state minister Madan Mitra have also been infected. He has been admitted to a hospital in Kolkata for treatment.

 

International cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni's father Pan Singh Dhoni and mother Devaki Devi Corona have been found infected. Both have been admitted to a private hospital in Ranchi. According to doctors, the condition of both is fine. Their oxygen level is also normal. A CT scan has been done, which shows that the infection has not yet reached the lungs.

 

After Britain, now Prime Minister of Japan Yoshihide Suga has also canceled the visit to India. Suga was scheduled to visit India and the Philippines next week. According to Japanese media, the Prime Minister has canceled the visit of both countries because of the increasing cases of corona in the country. 1.Maharashtra

 

67,468 new patients were found here on Wednesday. 54,985 patients recovered and 568 died. So far, 40.27 lakh people have been affected by the epidemic in the state. Of these, 32.68 lakh people have recovered, while 61,911 have died. Currently, about 6.95 lakh people are being treated here.

 

2. Uttar Pradesh

 

Corona report of 33,106 people came positive here on Wednesday. 14,198 people recovered and 187 died. So far, 9.42 lakh people have been found infected here. Of these, 6.89 lakh have been cured, while 10,346 patients died. 2.42 lakh patients are undergoing treatment.

 

3. Delhi

 

On Wednesday, 24,638 people were found corona infected in the state. 24,600 people recovered and 249 died. So far, 9.30 lakh people have been infected here. Of these, 8.31 lakh have been cured, while 12,887 patients lost their lives. 85,364 patients are undergoing treatment.

 

4. Chhattisgarh

 

On Wednesday, 14,519 people in the state were found to be corona infected. During this, 17,263 people recovered and 193 died. The state is undergoing treatment for 1.22 lakh people. Out of a total of 5.88 lakh, 4.59 lakh people have been cured, while the figure for total deaths has reached 6,467.

 

5. Madhya Pradesh

 

On Wednesday, 13,107 people were found corona infected in the state. 9,035 people were recovered and 75 died. So far, 4.46 lakh people have been infected by the infection here. Out of this, 3.59 lakh people have been cured. 4,788 patients lost their lives. 82,268 patients are undergoing treatment.

 

6. Gujarat

 

On Wednesday, 12,553 people were found corona infected in the state. 4,802 people were recovered and 125 died. So far, 4.40 lakh people have been infected by the infection here. Of these, 3.50 lakh have been cured, while 5,740 patients died. 84,126 patients are undergoing treatment.
