Anil Singh said that Aryan Khan used to talk about drugs in code words with the drug peddlers on WhatsApp. He said that apart from Aryan Khan, the rest of the accused were also working as rackets. Investigation of 5 accused is going on in this case. Apart from this, 8 accused have been detained whose investigation is going on. Reference was made to the Bombay High Court order, which said that all sections of the NDPS are not labelable.

NCB's lawyer said that apart from Aryan Khan, the rest of the accused were also working as rackets. He said that Aryan took drugs abroad also, so NCB wants to find out about the international drugs racket. That is why they are seeking the remand of Aryan and other accused. During the hearing in the court, Aryan Khan's lawyer Satish Mane Shinde said that Aryan did not have a ticket, did not have a boarding pass. He said that Aryan did not even meet the organizers. Along with this, he also said in the court that no drugs have been recovered from Aryan. He said that no drugs were found from Aryan, 6 grams of drugs were found from his friend Arbaaz Merchant. He said that the High Court has also given bail in the case of getting 400 grams of drugs.
