Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has decided to hold talks with the District Magistrates (DM) of the districts which are most affected by the Corona epidemic. PM Modi will hold a meeting with the District Magistrates of 10 states on 20 May. This will be the first time that PM will directly discuss with the District Collectors of the States.
According to the information, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold discussions with 54 district magistrates of 10 states on 20 May. It is being told that these are the districts where Corona has the highest number of cases. The first round of the meeting will be attended by the District Magistrates of Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Puducherry, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Orissa, Kerala, and Haryana on May 20.
According to the information, the District Magistrate of Maharashtra will be the most involved in this meeting. It is being said that the latest situation will be discussed in 9 districts of West Bengal, 4 in Uttar Pradesh, five in Rajasthan, 3 in Odisha, and 1 district of Puducherry. After this, the PM will have talks with the remaining district magistrates. It is being told that in the meeting, the situation of corona in the districts, strategy to deal with corona, including Covid vaccination will be discussed on many issues.
