Yesterday i.e. on August 28, active cases were 86,591. So far, a total of 4 lakh 38 thousand 2 thousand 993 people have been cured. Apart from this, a total of 5 lakh 27 thousand 799 people have also died. Let us inform you that 4 crores 44 lakh 15 thousand 723 cases of corona have been reported across the country.
The ministry said that active cases are 0.19 percent of the total cases. While the recovery rate is 98.62 percent. The daily positivity rate is now 4.58 percent. At the same time, the weekly positivity rate has gone up to 2.69 percent. So far 88.52 crore tests of corona have been done in the country. In the last 24 hours, 1 lakh 65 thousand 751 tests were done.
