CM Yogi Adityanath received death threats, all agencies including UP ATS alerted

UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has been threatened with death. A case has been registered against an unknown person in Lucknow after receiving threats. Police said on Tuesday that the threat was received through a message on 'Dial 112' (a number launched by the Uttar Pradesh government for emergency services), in which the person said, "I will kill CM Yogi soon". After receiving the threat, the operation commander of '112' has registered a case in police station Sushant Golf City. A case has been registered under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 506, 507 and IT Act 66.

Police said that a case was registered against an unknown person under sections 506 and 507 of the IPC and section 66 of the IT Act at police station Sushant Golf City after Dial 112 received death threats against Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
