The new cases of corona in the city have reduced but the process of death is not stopping. Since the beginning of Corona in Chandigarh, 1180 people have lost their lives due to the virus.
In the last 24 hours, 64 new corona positive cases have been registered in the city. Of these, 28 men and 36 women have come under the grip of the corona. The positivity rate was recorded at 3.86 percent. On the other hand, if we talk about the last week, on average 52 people have been infected with corona every day. At present, there are 367 active cases, most of them in home isolation. 80 patients have also recovered. In the last 24 hours, the Covid test of 1,659 people was done.
