On Monday, the NCB produced Aryan and two other accused before a magistrate's court Monday after their one-day custody period ended. During this, NCB claimed to have got many clues from the chatting of Aryan's mobile and presented the chatting between the accused in the court. The NCB said that several code words have been used in the WhatsApp chat between Aryan and the other accused. During this, the NCB had demanded from the court to extend the custody of the three accused till October 11.
Aryan's lawyer said in the court - he can buy the whole ship if he wants
During the hearing, NCB gave information about the drugs recovered from the accused. Party organizers and paddlers were also mentioned. The question arose that there were 1300 people on the cruise, then why is action being taken against only a few people? Aryan's lawyer Satish Manshinde said – Khan (Aryan) did not go there to sell drugs, if he wanted, he could have bought the entire ship. If you have to investigate then there were 1000 people on the ship, check them too.
A medical test will be done once again before questioning
According to the rules, before further interrogation today, the investigating agency will once again conduct a medical test of all the accused. After this, there will be questioning in the NCB office. There will also be a spot investigation and recovery process, if necessary.
