This incident happened after the end of the powerplay. The sixth over was bowled by Jasprit Bumrah. In this over, Karun Nair scored 18 runs with the help of two sixes, a four, and two runs. With this, Nair completed his half-century in 22 balls. After the end of this over, there was a strategic timeout and Bumrah was heard saying something to Karun Nair. When Nair was running for the last two runs, he collided with Bumrah. The fast bowler could not digest this.
Bumrah was heard saying to him that the place where you ran was my place. Karun also replied to this. However, Hardik Pandya came in between and separated the two.
