Rishabh Shetty's upcoming film "Kantara: Chapter 1" continues to generate considerable buzz. Audiences are eagerly awaiting its release on October 2nd. Ahead of the film's release, a Telugu pre-release event was held, attended by Telugu star Junior NTR. During the event, Junior NTR praised "Kantara: Chapter 1" and Rishabh Shetty, congratulating him on the film.
Junior NTR Praises Rishabh Shetty
Praising the film during the event, Junior NTR said, "I never imagined that the stories I grew up listening to, and the stories my grandmother told me as a child, would one day be brought to life on screen. When I saw those stories portrayed in "Kantara: Chapter 1," Rishabh surprised me." Praising Rishabh Shetty, Junior NTR described him as a wonderful blend of actor and director, and a remarkable artist. NTR said, "I always wondered which side of him was more dominant—acting or filmmaking. But later, I realized that Rishabh dominates all 24 aspects of cinema. If it weren't for him, this film wouldn't have been on this scale."
Rishabh Shetty worked hard for 'Kantara Chapter 1'
The actor further said, "I had the opportunity to see firsthand how much effort Rishabh Shetty put into making 'Kantara Chapter 1'. It wasn't easy. You may have seen it on social media. He took me to a temple near his house, where you have to wade through water to reach it. There's no way to get to the temple. He created a path because he had erected a set there for shooting. It wasn't easy. If it weren't for Rishabh Sir, if his team hadn't believed in it, I really don't think anything would have been possible for 'Kantara Chapter 1'."
The film will release on October 2nd.
'Kantara Chapter 1' is releasing in theaters on October 2nd. It is the sequel to the 2022 film 'Kantara'. However, Chapter 1 will tell the story before 'Kantara'. That is why it is being called a prequel. 'Kantara Chapter 1' also stars Gulshan Devaiah and Rukmini Vasanth in lead roles alongside Rishabh Shetty.
