An official said – only those above 18 years of age can consume alcohol. In such a situation, having high-school kids in the club raises questions. People sometimes do not follow the law. The administration will discuss changes in the law related to liquor licenses. Most alcohol is consumed in South Africa.
Provincial Prime Minister Oscar Mabuyane said – Can't believe that 21 children lost their lives in one stroke. Consumption of alcohol is dangerous. Openly selling liquor in the heart of the city is wrong. We can't assume that kids won't try it.
