There is a newly constructed airport arena in Deoghar. Deoghar district police and Godda MP Nishikant Dubey are playing FIR-FIR with each other, alleging violation of rules at this airport. He has also made the matter public on Twitter.

 

The first FIR has been lodged by Deoghar police against nine people including Godda MP Nishikant Dubey, North-East Delhi MP Manoj Tiwari, and BJP leader Kapil Mishra at Kunda police station. It has been alleged that the three leaders and their attendees took clearance at Deoghar airport on August 31 even after dusk by pressurizing the Air Traffic Control personnel to fly the plane against the rules. Apart from the three BJP leaders, airport director Sandeep Dhingra, Mukesh Pathak, Devta Pandey, Pintu Tiwari, the pilot of a chartered plane, and both sons of MP Nishikant Dubey have also been made accused in the case.

A case should be made against Deputy Commissioner Deoghar in the section. There should also be a case against Jharkhand Police under appropriate sections. After the Deoghar police did not register the case, Dubey tweeted and informed us that he has filed an FIR against the Deoghar Deputy Commissioner in Delhi under sections 124B, 353, 120B, 441, 448, 201, 506, and Section 2/2 of the Official Secret Act.
