When did the earthquake in Nepal

According to the National Center for Seismology, there was an earthquake in Nepal at 9 pm on November 8. The intensity was 4.9. On November 8, around 12 o'clock in the day, an earthquake also struck Mizoram. Here the intensity was 4.4.
