On January 8, 76 cases were found. These increased to 116 on 14 January. Between January 8 and January 14, 598 active cases were found. However, the death toll came down to 3.
14.10 lakh active cases of corona in the country
On Friday, 2 lakh 67 thousand 331 new corona infections were found in the country. 1 lakh 22 thousand 311 people were cured while 398 people died.
