The news agency ANI has given this information quoting official sources. Giving information, sources said that all these drones are working now and the current Heron drone is much better than the previous versions. Their anti-jamming capability is also superb than before.

These drones have been acquired as part of the emergency financial powers given to the defense forces by Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led's government. Under this, they can buy equipment and systems worth Rs 500 crore to upgrade their combat capabilities amid the ongoing border conflict with China.
