Gurgaon, Jan 28 (IANS) Three people, including an engineer, have been arrested here for robbing a car's passengers and taking away their car, police said Wednesday.
Sumit Kumar, 32, a civil engineer, and his two accomplices were arrested for looting the car's passengers at gun point on the Gurgaon-Faridabad road.
His two accomplices have been identified as 35-year-old Devender Kumar and 36-year-old Vilat Mehta.
Sumit and Devender are residents of Rasoolpur village in Delhi. Mehta hails from Nepal but was currently living in a rented accommodation in Rasoolpur.
The trio committed the robbery Tuesday evening near Sector 56 under Sadar police station.
