The increasing cases of Corona have finally forced the Delhi government to take tough decisions as well. CM Kejriwal announced a weekend curfew in Delhi. He gave information about the restrictions during this press conference. The weekend curfew will remain in force from 10 pm Friday to 6 am Monday.
The decision to take the curfew was necessary because, in 5 weeks, corona cases in Delhi have increased by 25 times. From 11 March to 17 March, there were 2995 cases, which have reached 76 thousand 870 between 8 April and 14 April.
These restrictions in Delhi
Curfew from Friday night 10 to Monday 6 am.
Private offices, spas, malls, markets and gyms, and theaters closed.
You are not allowed to sit in the restaurant and eat. Curfew passes will be given for weddings.
Lockdown decided after meeting of Kejri and Baijal
If you look at the figures, 17,282 people were found corona infected in Delhi on Wednesday. 9,952 people recovered and 104 died. So far, 7.67 lakh people have been infected here. Of these, 7.05 lakh have been cured, while 11 thousand 540 patients lost their lives. There are 50 thousand 736 active cases.
