A major development is coming up in the investigation of the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. In the Sushant Singh Rajput case, the team of the Narcotics Control Bureau, or NCB, which is investigating the drugs angle, has got important clues. NCB has claimed that it has found direct links between Samuel, drug peddlers, and Rhea's brother Shouvik. The NCB has also arrested Basit Parihar from Bandra based on interrogation of Zaid Vilatra in the drug smuggling case. NCB sources said the duo has revealed the names of Sushant Singh Rajput's house manager Samuel Miranda and Ria Chakraborty's brother Shawwick.
This is the reason why the team of NCB raided the house of Samuel and Rhea Chakraborty this morning and then issued summons to both of them for questioning. The NCB team was taken with Samuel for questioning. Please tell that before seven in the morning the team reached Rhea's house and started raiding.
A senior IPS officer of NCB said that Parihar was arrested last night and would be produced in the Magistrate Court today. During the raid, some significant evidence has also been found from the house of Samuel and Shawwick. Because the investigation is still in a very early stage and in such a situation the evidence cannot be given details.
Before that, a Mumbai court sent Zaid Vilatra, an alleged narcotics trafficker arrested in a case related to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, into NCB custody till 9 September on Thursday. Accused Zaid Vilatra (21) was produced before the Metropolitan Magistrate court, who remanded him to the custody of the seven-day Drug Control Bureau (NCB) for further investigation.
The NCB told the court that Vilatra revealed the names of several individuals to whom he supplied the narcotics. He needs to be questioned in custody as he may be the main person in drug trafficking. This is the reason Miranda is detained today, leading to interrogation today.
According to NCB officials, the agency is constantly questioning Vilatra and Parihar to bring out the facts of the drugs angle in the Sushant Singh case. The agency has recovered Indian currency and foreign currency (US $ 2,081, 180 British pounds, 15 dirhams) worth Rs 9,55,750 from Vitra. The agency claims that the money recovered from him was 'earned from drug trafficking'.
The agency arrested Abbas Lakhani and Karan Arora in another case in Mumbai on August 27-28, after which Zaid came under the scanner. NCB claims that Lakhani is related to Zaid. NCB had said, "Zaid has revealed that he runs an eatery in Bandra but since the lockdown, he is not earning any money from it." He also revealed that he has also been involved in drug smuggling, through which he earns decent money. '
Parihar is believed to be linked to the drug-related case filed against Rajput's live-in partner Rhea Chakraborty (28) and others. Significantly, Rajput was found dead in his flat in Bandra on 14 June. Explain that the NCB has registered its case apart from the CBI, which is investigating it.
Significantly, it has acted on the occasion when Rhea and her brother Shouvik Chakraborty's new WhatsApp chat has leaked. In Rhea's chat, conversation about MDMA and drugs named Mariana is seen. According to media reports, Rhea Chakraborty tells her brother to buy 'Buds' for someone. This chat is on 15 March 2020. Rhea writes to Shouvik Chakraborty in a message that he blows 4 a day, so plan in the same way. In reply, Shouvik writes if he wants Bud.
