Happy Birthday, Prabhas: Pan India actor Prabhas, with his loud voice, shapely body, and dashing gait, has stolen the hearts of millions of girls. He is such a star whose fan following is not only in the South Side but also in the North Side. He gave many hit films, but 'Baahubali' gave his career the flight he always hoped for. This film made him famous all over the country and made millions of girls crazy about him.

Today is Prabhas' birthday. He turned 44 years old. On this special occasion, we will tell you about some such things about him, about which very few people would know.

Was interested in this profession not acting

Prabhas was born to film producer Uppalapati Surya Narayana Raju. His full name is Venkata Satyanarayana Prabhas Raju Upalapati. He is the youngest of three siblings. Famous South actor Krishnam Raju was Prabhas's uncle. Most of the actors whose family background is filmy are inclined towards this line from the beginning. But the case was the opposite with Prabhas.

Despite being from a well-to-do film family, Prabhas had no interest whatsoever in acting. He wanted to make a career in the hotel business. But leaving this dream of his, Prabhas finally chose the path of acting. The reason behind this is interesting.

How did Prabhas become an actor?

Prabhas's uncle was making a film. The character of the hero that was created was similar to the character of Prabhas. In such a situation, uncle convinced Prabhas to become an actor, and from here his acting journey started.

Did films but still faced a financial crisis

In the year 2000, Prabhas worked in the film 'Ishwar'. This is said to be his first film in South Indian cinema. The film did not get much response and from here his real struggle began. 'Varsham' was released in the year 2004, due to which his career started rising a little.

Prabhas worked in many films in his career like 'Ek Niranjan', 'Munna', 'And Yogi', but he got recognition from the film Baahubali. This film brought his career to its peak. Prabhas did not sign any other film for 5 years to become 'Baahubali'. In such a situation, he also had to face a financial crisis, but the success of the film put an end to all the problems. After this came 'Bahubali 2', which took the actor's stardom two steps further.

Three flops instead of one hit

There are ups and downs in the life of every actor, but there was a tragedy in the name of a hit in Prabhas's life. After one hit, two to three of his films would flop. After the success of Varsham, Adivi, Ramodu, and Chakram were released. All three fared badly at the box office.

After this, SS Rajamouli's 'Chhatrapati' was released. Its box office record was good, but its subsequent releases Yogi and Bujjigadu flopped badly at the box office.

Prabhas is people's 'darling'

Every actor in South cinema has been given a nickname. Prabhas is fondly called Darling. He got this name from the 2010 romantic film 'Darling', in which he was the lead actor.

Rejected 6000 relationships

Along with the film 'Baahubali', there is also an interesting incident related to Prabhas. While this film made him a pan-India star, on the other hand, it also helped Indian cinema to gain recognition at the global box office. Prabhas became known not only in the country but also abroad.

It was discussed that after this film, he received many marriage proposals, but Prabhas rejected them all. It is said that around 6000 proposals were rejected by Prabhas.
