Heat Wave Death: A severe heat wave continues to wreak havoc in the country, more than 200 people died in UP-Bihar; 19 people died in a day in Odisha

Severe heat and heat waves have been wreaking havoc across the country for the past several days. Meanwhile, the rising temperature during Nautapa has created a crisis for breathing. More than two hundred people have died in the country due to heat waves.

 

The scorching heat in Bihar has become a severe heat wave disaster. 65 people have died in 12 districts here, while more than two hundred and fifty people have been admitted to various hospitals in the state. The situation is even worse in Bhojpur, Rohtas, and Aurangabad. The entire Bihar including Patna is scorching with the heat.

 

Most deaths in Varanasi and surrounding areas

 

At the same time, more than 160 people have lost their lives due to severe heat waves and extreme heat in Uttar Pradesh. In UP, the highest number of 72 deaths have occurred in Varanasi and its surrounding areas.

 

47 people have died in Bundelkhand and Kanpur division. Here 14 people lost their lives in Mahoba, news of the death of 13 people has come to light in Hamirpur, and five have died in Banda. Apart from this, information has come to light about the death of four people in Kanpur and two in Chitrakoot. At the same time, three people died in Farrukhabad, Jalaun, and Hardoi.

 

The heat wave also wreaked havoc in Prayagraj-Kaushambi

 

Apart from this, 11 people died due to a heat wave in Prayagraj, 6 in Jhansi, 4 in Ambedkarnagar, 9 in Kaushambi, 4 including a newborn in Ghaziabad, 3 in Gorakhpur and Agra, a total of five people died in Pratapgarh, Rampur, Lakhimpur, Shahjahanpur and Pilibhit.
