HeatWave In India: Day temperature crosses 45 degrees in many districts of Madhya Pradesh, and night temperature in Khajuraho is 32 degrees.

The heat is scorching in Madhya Pradesh. The nights have also started getting hotter. In many districts, the day temperature has reached 45 degrees and the night temperature has crossed 30 degrees. The mercury has reached 45.6 degrees in Ratlam, while the mercury has reached 31.8 degrees in Khajuraho. 


 

In Datia, temperatures of more than 45 degrees have been recorded here for a week continuously. The record of the highest temperature in this region is in the name of Gwalior with 48.3 degrees Celsius, which was recorded on 30 May 1947. In Gwalior also the temperature is currently being recorded around 45 degrees. But this season, Datia is experiencing the hottest heat so far. According to the temperature data released on Wednesday morning, Khajuraho's night was the hottest. The mercury has reached 31.8 degrees here.  


 

 

Ved Prakash, senior scientist of the Meteorological Department, said that the temperature in the Chambal region is expected to increase even more in the coming days. If the temperature rises as per the projections, it will become a record in the region since independence.


 

Heatwave alert in the state till May 25

The Meteorological Department has issued a heat wave alert till May 25. Hot winds will blow in 22 districts of the state. The night temperature will also increase along with the day. Let us tell you that in the capital Bhopal, the maximum temperature in May 2016 reached 46.7 degrees. This season's maximum of 43.3 has been recorded in Bhopal on Tuesday. The Meteorological Department believes that Bhopal may also break the old heat record.

The temperature remained more than 45 degrees in five cities

On Tuesday, temperatures of 45 degrees Celsius or more were recorded in five cities of the state. People in these cities were finding it difficult to leave their homes. There was silence on the streets. People are coming out of the house only when there is very important work.

After the day's heat, it rained in many districts

After the heat throughout the day, it rained in the evening in many districts including Dindori and Sehore. On Tuesday, the mercury crossed 45 degrees in many districts of the state. Ratlam was the hottest. The day temperature here reached 45.6 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the mercury was recorded at 45.5 degrees in Datia-Naugaon, 45.4 degrees in Guna and 45 degrees Celsius in Gwalior. Bhopal and Ujjain were the hottest of the season. The mercury reached 43.3 degrees Celsius in Bhopal. Whereas, 44.1 degrees was recorded in Ujjain.
