Hijab Row: Sadhvi Pragya Thakur said – Hijab is not needed in India, decide for yourself where to wear

There is no need to wear hijab in India, women are worshiped here. The woman is revered in Indian culture. Whenever there is a need to kill the wicked here, only then the Goddess has been invoked. The position of women is highest. This is to say of Bhopal MP Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur. She was speaking at the Sanatan Mahapanchayat program in the capital's BHEL Barkheda Shri Ram temple complex on Wednesday.

 

During this, she spoke openly about the hijab, without naming any religion, Sadhvi said that her women wearing hijab will have to decide for themselves where to wear the hijab. Those who have the wrong opinion about us should be covered up. Their women are not safe in their homes. He said that women are worshiped in Hinduism, so they do not veil outside.

 

Congress said - don't insult Sadhvi women

 

Here, State Congress President's media coordinator Narendra Saluja said that MP Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur is saying that those who keep an evil eye towards us should be kept a veil. Accordingly, women who wear purdah or veil in their homes do so to ward off any evil vision. This is an insult to women. On one hand, the government is saying that there is no proposal to ban the hijab and on the other hand such statements are coming from BJP leaders.
