On Monday, 3 records of Corona cases were reported in the country. In the last 24 hours, a record 4 lakh 22 thousand 391 people beat Corona. This is the largest figure of people recovering from corona in a day. Earlier, on May 8, 3.86 lakh people were cured.
In this way, in the last 24 hours, there was a decrease of 1.63 lakhs in the number of active cases. Earlier, on May 16, the number of patients undergoing treatment was recorded at one lakh 836.
However, the death toll is worrying. A record 4,334 infected people died in the country on Monday. This is also the largest figure of those who lost their lives in a day. Earlier on May 7, 4,233 people died.

According to the Indian Medical Association (IMA), 269 doctors have died so far due to infection in the second wave of the corona. Of these 78 doctors were from Bihar.

In Uttarakhand, the second phase of Corona curfew will remain in force from 6 am on May 18 to 6 am on May 25. 20 people allowed at weddings and RT-PCR negative reports should not be older than 72 hours. Patients going to the doctor will be given an e-pass on exemption and health emergency.

4. Chhattisgarh
On Monday, 6,577 people were found corona infected Monday. 13,865 people recovered and 149 died. So far, 9.19 lakh people have been affected by the infection in the state. Of these, 8.11 lakh people have been cured, while 11,883 patients have died. 96,156 patients are undergoing treatment.
5. Gujarat
