The fifth match of the five-match Test series between India and England (Ind vs Eng) is being played in Dharamshala. India has maintained an unassailable 3-1 lead against England in the Test series. In the fifth Test, England won the toss and Ben Stokes decided to bat.

29-year-old Kuldeep Yadav took the first two wickets on the first day of the fifth Test against England. Kuldeep has become the 17th player to take the most wickets from India. During this period, he broke the 45-year-old record of former Indian captain Bishan Singh Bedi. In international cricket for India, Bishan Singh Bedi took 273 wickets while playing 77 matches. During this, Kuldeep broke his record by taking 2 wickets in the Dharamshala Test. Kuldeep took 275 wickets while playing 150 matches.

 

IND vs ENG: England scored 100 runs till lunch

England scored 100 runs till lunch break on the first day of the Dharamsala Test. 25.3 overs were bowled in the first session and Ben Duckett-Jack Crawley made a partnership of 64 runs for the first wicket. Kuldeep broke this partnership. After this Jack scored the 14th half-century of his Test career. Before lunch, Kuldeep got Ollie stumped by Dhruv Jurel and thus England got the second blow. Poe was out after scoring 11 runs.
