India will take on Pakistan in the Champions Trophy 2025 on Sunday, February 23 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai. Yuvraj Singh has been one of those cricketers who has been a part of many exciting matches between India and Pakistan. Be it the final of the T20 World Cup 2007, the semi-final of World Cup 2011, or the final of Champions Trophy 2017, the all-rounder has been at the forefront in every event. Talking about the rivalry, he said, 'Nothing is guaranteed when the two countries meet, every match is like a final.'

"Whatever the format, India-Pakistan games always feel like finals - be it a group match, semi-final or championship. The pressure is very high. You don't want to lose because it creates the atmosphere of the tournament. Winning builds momentum and confidence. I remember the last time I played in the Champions Trophy, we beat Pakistan in the first game, but they beat us in the final. So, nothing is guaranteed, but to start with a win on such a big stage, when the whole world is watching, is very important," Yuvraj Singh said on Jio Hotstar's 'Greatest Rivalry Returns' show.

Talking about Yuvraj Singh, after returning to professional cricket after cancer, he hit the fastest half-century by an Indian in a league game against Pakistan in the Champions Trophy in 2017. The left-handed batsman scored 53 runs off just 32 balls with the help of eight fours and a six. India won the rain-affected match by 124 runs after DLS. Yuvraj was adjudged the Player of the Match for his brilliant batting performance.
