Opposition Meeting in Mumbai: A meeting of the I.N.D.I.A (Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance) alliance of opposition parties is being held in Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra. The presence of Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal has created a ruckus in this meeting. Congress expressed strong displeasure over this.

Today is the second day of the third meeting of INDIA. During this time, former Union Minister Kapil Sibal, who had reached Rajya Sabha on an SP ticket, also suddenly arrived. Many Congress leaders became uncomfortable with this. Congress National General Secretary KC Venugopal also seemed very angry with this. Before getting the group photo clicked, he complained about this to former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.

Venugopal agreed to persuade Rahul Gandhi

According to media reports, during this time some leaders were also seen defending Kapil Sibal. These include National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav. Both tried to convince Venugopal. Even Rahul Gandhi said that he had no objection to Sibal's arrival, only after which Sibal was made a part of the photo session.

Sibal was not invited to the meeting

Sibal was not invited to the meeting. Earlier he was in Congress, but in May last year, he joined SP, after which he was sent to Rajya Sabha. Sibal held the responsibility of many ministries during the Congress's UPA government. He was made from Law Minister to Human Resource Development Minister.

Sibal was the leader who donated the most to Congress. He belongs to the Punjabi Brahmin community.
