The dispute continues between Canada and India. Meanwhile, the head of Canada's Conservative Party says that even after being in power for eight years, Justin Trudeau has not been able to build relations with India. There are tense relations between the two countries. If he becomes the President of Canada, he will restore good relations between India and Canada.

Need for formal relations with India

Conservative Party President and Leader of the Opposition in the Canadian Parliament Pierre Poilievre appeared on a radio show on Tuesday. Here he said that we need formal relations with India. India is the world's largest democracy. We may disagree with each other but a formal relationship is necessary. He blamed Trudeau for the matter that sent 41 Canadian diplomats back to Canada. They said he was incompetent and unprofessional. Canada is in dispute not only with India but with every superpower of the world.

This answer was given on the question of vandalism in Hindu temples

On the question of vandalism of Hindu temples in Canada, Poilievre said, "I believe that those who damage Hindu temples, those who harm people, or those who damage property should face criminal cases."

India sent Canadian diplomats back to Canada

India sent back 41 Canadian diplomats as relations with India deteriorated following the Canadian Prime Minister's statement. Angered by this decision of India, Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Jolly had recently said that India had formally announced that by October 20, the immunity of all diplomats except 21 diplomats and their families would be canceled. It is wrong to unethically lift the immunity of 41 diplomats and their dependents because of India's decision. This would have put our diplomats in danger. This is a violation of international laws.
