Therefore, passengers should not rush over the railway counters in a hurry.

Not a single passenger has been killed in a train accident since April 2019. A release has been issued by the Ministry of Railways in this regard. According to this release, Indian Railways has recorded the best safety record so far during April 2019 - March 2020. This year also (from 01.04.2019 to 08.06.2020) no passenger has died in a railway accident. For the first time in the year 2019-2020, India has achieved this achievement since the introduction of the railway system in India 166 years ago in 1853.
