Iran has supported Hamas.

 

What is being done for the safety of citizens?

The UN said the number of Gaza-displaced people in schools (converted into shelters) had reached about 123,000. UNRWA, the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, said schools and other civilian infrastructure sheltering displaced families should never be attacked.
