Jyoti Maurya Case: Jyoti gets him out of the way... finish the story, big action when call recording comes to the fore!

The investigation report of PCS officer Jyoti Maurya and Home Guard Commandant Manish Dubey was sent to the government on Tuesday by DG Home Guard BK Maurya with its recommendations. DG Home Guard has recommended an investigation by filing a case along with suspending Commandant Manish.

 

DIG\'s investigation has revealed that Manish Dubey tarnished the image of the department with his actions and exploited the women he came in contact with. In the year 2021, Manish married a girl from Lucknow at the Arya Samaj temple in Aliganj. After a few days, he started torturing her to bring Rs 80 lakh in dowry.

 

His wife has confirmed this in her statement to the DIG. At the same time, Manish is accused of abusing a female home guard during his posting in Amroha. Confirming this in front of the DIG, the female home guard stated that Manish had fired her from the job on her protest.

 

She was later reinstated on a complaint from the DG Home Guard. At the same time, during the investigation, PCS Jyoti Maurya had sent her statement in writing instead of appearing herself. In his statement, he declared himself innocent. She wrote that she is having a dispute with her husband. The matter is in the court and she will present her point before the court.

Jyoti Maurya\'s husband Alok Maurya gave some call recordings to DIG Santosh Kumar, who is probing the episode. In one of these recordings, Jyoti and Manish have been found speaking among themselves words like removing Alok from the way, putting him in place, and ending the story….

 

When Manish was questioned about this, he said that he was talking about getting a divorce from Alok. However, considering this conversation as a very serious matter, the DIG has recommended a probe by the police. After the case is registered, the mobile phones, CDR, etc. of Jyoti and Manish will be thoroughly scrutinized.

 

Husband complained to Home Guard Headquarters

PCS officer Jyoti Maurya has come into the limelight after her relationship with her husband Alok Maurya, a cleaner living in Prayagraj. Alok had complained with the Home Guard Headquarters that his wife Jyoti Maurya was having an affair with Home Guard Commandant Manish Dubey.

 

PCS Jyoti Maurya\'s husband Alok Maurya is a resident of Prayagraj and is a Class IV employee in the Panchayati Raj Department. Jyoti Maurya was selected in PCS after marriage. Her husband made serious allegations against Commandant Manish Dubey in his complaint.

 

\'False case of dowry was filed against me\'

He said in his complaint letter that after marriage he made his wife prepare for PCS in Allahabad. After having an affair with the Home Guard Commandant, she filed a false dowry case against me. Along with his complaint, he also gave information about some WhatsApp chats between the two and their hotel stay.

 

Now the matter has been recommended for suspension of Commandant Manish and investigation by registering a case. DG Home Guard has sent a report to the government for action against the accused commandant. There is also an allegation of harassing the wife for dowry and  abusing the female home guard.
